We are leading the energy transition through a strategy aligned with sustainability within continuous improvement management systems. Our model promotes environmental conservation, manages our social impact and potential, and integrates ethics into decision-making across all departments, aiming to extend this approach throughout our supply chain.

UN Global
Compact

Since 2020, we have been part of the United Nations Global Compact, committing to operate responsibly in line with its Ten Principles on environment, labor standards, human rights, and anti-corruption. These principles guide our decision-making as we work toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) most relevant to our business.

Using the SDGs as a roadmap to build sustainable and resilient companies through data, science, and innovation, we aim to create a balance between profitability for businesses, responsible use of energy sector resources, and the reduction of negative environmental impacts.

As part of Beetmann’s DNA, the following key SDGs are those to which we make a direct contribution:

Gender Equality

Through the provision of dignified employment, remuneration exceeding national and international minimum standards, and socio-environmental regeneration initiatives, we contribute to meeting the basic needs of the most vulnerable communities.

As a foundational pillar of sustainability, Beetmann promotes the circular economy. In pursuit of more sustainable solutions for solar panel management, we partnered with companies in Mexico’s solar sector to establish Rafiqui, where we participate as founding partners within the non-profit civil association. Rafiqui is the first solar panel recycler in Mexico and the second in Latin America.

Through this initiative, we are committed to promoting the recirculation of materials for reuse and preventing the extraction of virgin raw materials, especially critical minerals. At the same time, Rafiqui will manage the installation of reused solar panels for social projects in the most vulnerable communities in Mexico.
